Latest News : Local Acadamy Leads the Way
This last year has seen C- options take Life Coaching successfully into schools. Thanks to a visionary principal backed by emotionally intelligent open-minded staff we delivered an innovative program designed to raise the awareness of emotional management as a key to successful living.
The success is primarily down to the eager and forthright participation of the young people involved. Their honesty helped to develop the program as it progressed. Biofeedback was used fun ways to discover the effects that various emotional states have upon our bodies.
The students were also taught a simple but highly effective model to help them achieve positive outcomes from the events they face their emotional lives.
The success was reiterated by the comments of students such as ” that was the best lesson I've had in my life” and “I can't wait until the next lesson”.
They were also introduced to the 10 P’s of coaching to give them structure by which to plan their achievement.
The results at this local Academy are such that we are now approaching other local schools and academies to further develop this exciting venture.
I am currently working closely, with Kev Riley an up and coming musician, to produce hypnotic healing revitalising meditations and music. Using a mixture of knowledge of primordial sound, and the growing knowledge of brain science, we gently take you into deep relaxation. It is in this state that you access you own internal pharmacy.
